Papa Dio’s invites you to join Guest Chef John Bennett along with Chef Bonadio to another amazing wine dinner featuring Miner wines with Rocio Gonzales

Upon arrival enjoy a Pesto Bruschetta with a glass of sparkling wine (to be announced)

  • Seafood Cannelloni
  • Pasta tube filled with Shrimp, Crab, Langostino, ricotta cheese and Italian herbs served on a mirror of Trieste sauce
             Served with Miner Viognier
  • Cheese Gougeres
  • Ramekin of cheese Gougeres with watercress bouquet with lemony vinaigrette, dusted with chopped pistachios
             Served with Miner Sangiovese
  • Broiled Veal Chop
  • Marinated T-bone Veal chop broiled to medium topped with a Cabernet sauce with Morel, Beech, crimini, and shiitake mushrooms served with Brocli-Rabe, blanched and sautéed in olive oil and garlic
             Served with Miner Oracle
  • Chocolate Fontaine
  • Chocolate cake topped with chocolate truffle ganache flavored with framboise, studded with fresh raspberrys, all wrapped in a phyllo dough beggar’s purse served with cold vanilla sauce, whip cream and raspberry coulis
             Served with Miner Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Finished off with Café Brulot made with Grand Marnier, Brandy, flaming orange peel and Café du Monde Chicory

      • Mixed greens with smoked Gouda cheese, crisp smoked bacon, sliced strawberry, sunflower seeds topped with Kiwi Vinaigrette
                 Served with JV Clarity
      • Veal Cannelloni
      • Sautéed Veal and Portobello mushrooms rolled in a pasta sheet topped with a light marinara sauce with a splash of Marsala wine then garnished with fresh grated Parmesan
                 Served with JV 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
      • Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin
      • Marinated Beef Tenderloin crusted with tricolor peppercorns broiled to medium rare, sliced then topped with a Veal Demi-glaze with dried cherries soaked in brandy served with wild rice and fresh green beans with olive oil and fresh thyme
